Via Instrumental Casting, Reiko appears as in the role of violinist in a Will & Grace promo commercial and in ADELE's newest music video. She is also featured as a violinist in an Australian commercial for Wespac Bank and in a Hewlett-Packard commercial, both via Instrumental Casting.
Reiko Nakano is a violinist/electric violinist specialized in various genre of music including Classical music, Jazz, Funk, Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, Latin and more. She also is an arranger and composer.
She was born and grew up playing violin in Tokyo Japan. She obtained her Master of Music degree in violin performance from Berklee College of Music in 2005. Equally in demand as a soloist and chamber musician, Reiko continues to perform extensively in Los Angeles area.
She has worked with numerous artists including Steven Tyler, P Diddy, Kelly Clarkson, Jonas Brothers, Michael Brecker, Charlie Haden, Kenny Barron, Dianna Reeves, Alice in Chains among others. Her TV credits include performing on ER, American Idol, America�s Got Talent, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Ellen Degeneres Show. She recently performed as a solo electric violinist at the premier party of movie "Twilight". |
