Bob Joles recently booked a CA Lottery commercial via Instrumental Casting.
Bob Joles is a man of many talents. He has worked for over 28 years as a professional tuba player, music copyist, arranger, orchestrator and conductor for Disneyland, Walt Disney Worlds' EPCOT Center, Warner Bros., Paramount, Sony, FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC and HBO. Most recently Bob worked as a copyist, orchestrator and conductor for the HBO mini series John Adams and he can be heard on the soundtrack for Kit Kittridge: An American Girl. In addition to his freelance work Bob is the principle tuba for the San Fernando Valley Symphony and the Los Angeles Symphonic Winds.
Bob also enjoys a very busy career as a voice over actor and occasionally has even made apperances on camera (Everybody Loves Raymond and MONK). Some of the projects Bob has supplied character voices for are Jungle Book 2 (Bagheera), The Ant Bully, The Spiderwick Chronicles (Goblin voices), The Wild (Cloak), Danny Phantom, Spongebob Squarepants (Man Ray), The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Duck Dodgers and Justice League Unlimited. He has also supplied multiple voices for dozens of Video Games. He is regularly called upon to dub the voice of John Rhys-Davies (Sallah from Indiana Jones, Gimli and Treebeard from The Lord of the Rings). He has voiced over 100 radio and TV commercials and recently was the voice of Igor Stravinsky in an educational audio series about various composers.
